The founder, a physiotherapist with fifteen years inside West End productions, had seen the gap first-hand. Around it sit roles, people and cover management, daily show reports with attendance tracking, performance scheduling, and a permission system built for theatre hierarchies. Live for real users from week one, then refined demo after demo.

The platform is live at a production-ready standard and entering pilot with a major West End production company, with further productions seeing hands-on demos. Holiday approval that took hours of manual cross-checking now takes minutes, with conflicts caught automatically. A stakeholder demo to the production company's senior team landed well enough that a second phase (crew management, payroll export, multi-show portfolio views) is now scoped and costed.
